| Introduction：Rotary vacuum disk filter is a kind of high-efficient filter that
can run continually. There are certain fan-shaped filter chambers
which are installed on the top of the horizontal main rotary disk.
The filter board, filter mesh, and filter cloth are on top of the
filter chambers. The filter chamber has the discharge pipe
underneath, which can be connected with the distribution head
located in the center of the rotary disk. Raw material that needs
to filter joins continually by the loading hopper upside, and
reaches the liquid-vapor separator after passing through the
discharge pipe. After several times of cleaning and blotting up,
the filter cakes are discharged by the screw discharger. After
horizontal slewing a round, the filter completes the basic
technological process of charging—(back
flushing)—filtering—washing—blotting up—discharging etc. Meanwhile,
the rpm of the main rotary disk and screw discharger can be
adjusted to satisfy different needs for technological operations.
On the basis of mapping and learning from the UCEGO133rotary vacuum
disk filter which was manufactured by France Aousting Co., and with
combination of our company’s mature experience on tilting-pan
rotary filter’s manufactures, we designed and manufactured the
rotary vacuum disk filter. Appraised by domestic experts, the
quality of ZL 18rotary vacuum disk filter which was first developed
in 2001 has achieved the similar technical specifications of the
same kind of units introduced. Applications：Rotary vacuum disk filter is characterized by its simple structure, good adaptability, stable performance, quick dehydration and efficiency of cleaning. It is advantageous in handling a large quantity of suspension with rapid desizing in requirements for cleaning and also applicable for solid-liquid separation of titanium dioxide, alumina, precious metal, rubber ingredients, phosphoric acid, chemistry, pharmaceutical, metallurgy and mine extraction, etc. Main material：The parts of the unit contacting with materials are made of carbon steel, SUS304 SUS316, and SUS316L stainless steel etc according to customers’ requires, while the others are made of carbon steel, iron casting and steel casting etc. For strong corrosive medium, we can use rubber lining and non-metal materials. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
